Mslideshow is joomla's module contains many feature that can be modified. This module has the control to limit the articles/items you want to show in the site, show more articles button are available as you can set it on the admin, autoplay interval by milliseconds, pause on hover using the mouse itself, can enable drag thumbnail or disable, the position of thumbnail is changeable and 1 thing that is very unique about this module is that it can connect to the master's site and when it is connected it will get articles from the master's site
